High resilience thanks to solid wooden construction

• The Plyo Box uses extra thick chipboard with a thickness of 15mm
• These correspond to the DIN EN 312 standard in quality class P6 (load-bearing and highly resilient)
• Training is also possible with heavy weights on the plyo box, for example with weighted dumbbell lunges
• The robust wooden construction can withstand deformation and breakage for years

• When it comes to jumping exercises, every centimeter counts - our Plyo Box allows a maximum jumping height of 76cm
• The width is 61cm, which is enough to make missing it almost impossible
• For a lower level of difficulty, the box can simply be turned over to one of its other sides
• Depending on your level of training and the exercise you can choose between heights of 76, 61 and 51cm
• The large jumping surface enables jumps with slightly spread legs, such as sumo squat jumps with hip bands
• In the flat position, the box can also be used as a base for hip thrusts

Special coating for increased grip

• The neoprene/mesh cover offers you a grip comparable to rubber, and is completely odorless
• So you feel safe with every jump!
• The high weight of 20kg prevents the plyo box from slipping when jumping with a lot of energy

No risk of injury

• • • The Plyo Box is equipped with additional foam insulation under the neoprene layer
    • This significantly reduces typical shin abrasions on the wooden edges
    • We only use screws as a composite material for the Plyo Box (no nails)
    • The zipper makes it easy to remove and clean the cover - there is no risk of injury because it is not exposed
