Shipment

Shipping for all products is included throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery is carried out either via a parcel delivery company or via a courier company curbside.

Exceptions are made-to-measure saunas and infrared cabins, which can be set up by us and are of course included.

Delivery times depend on the product ordered, usually between 7 and 20 working days for most items, but for whirlpools, saunas and infrared cabins made to measure, or other products that may only be manufactured after the order has been received. For these products you may need to allow 4-12 weeks for delivery, but we will keep you updated.
