How do I care for my lounge furniture?

The cleaning:

Use lukewarm water for cleaning. If heavily soiled, use mild soapy water. Please never use caustic, abrasive or paint-dissolving cleaning agents.

A roof over your head:

It is best to place the furniture under a sheltered roof to protect it from constant rain and the elements.

Avoid edge stains:

Do not place vessels or vases on the table tops for long periods of time. There could be edge stains or color deviations. Glass containers containing liquid can trigger a “burning glass effect” in a relatively short period of time.

Keep your distance:

Make sure there is always enough distance and ventilation. Avoid waterlogging and ensure sufficient air exchange.

Store dry:

Always store the furniture in a dry place. Covering with appropriate protective covers protects against leaves, dust, animals and rain showers. Make sure that the protective film does not lie directly on the table top. To protect furniture against dust, dirt or extreme weather conditions, we offer a range of handy covers made from lightweight polyester fabric. When using such protective covers, it is essential to ensure adequate ventilation to pay attention. In particular, products made from natural materials such as: B. Rope braid is made of tear-resistant and weatherproof polyethylene. It is characterized by its resistance to weather influences.

Melange braid is made of 100% acrylic, is tear- and waterproof and very durable.

Why teak?

Teak is a beautiful, characteristic type of wood that comes from the teak tree (deciduous tree), which grows largely in Indonesia. Aluminum, stainless steel or plastic?

Aluminum:

Plastic:

High-quality, partially glass fiber reinforced polypropylene. Polypropylene is completely weatherproof and can remain outdoors throughout the entire gardening season. In addition, polypropylene is completely recyclable.

 

What is HPL?

We use “High Pressure Laminates” for the high-quality table tops as well as for the Need a Hand outdoor cabinets and chests. The extreme scratch resistance, high heat resistance and absolute weather resistance of these laminate panels, which are pressed under high heat and high pressure, are what characterize this material.
