The infrared heat heats you up from the inside out without much physical strain, which means that sweating starts a little later than in a traditional sauna, but is more intense. You will also sweat for longer because the heat is retained in the body for longer. For people who find the traditional sauna too hot or who have previously avoided the experience of a sauna due to circulatory problems, this infrared cabin is an excellent alternative, as the more pleasant temperatures do not put too much strain on the organism. The quality is also impressive: Hemlock fir wood is one of the finest and densest woods in the world. Due to its natural composition, it has excellent thermal insulation capacity and is therefore ideal for use in sauna systems. The heat is retained in the sauna interior while the temperature of the sauna's outer layer remains close to room temperature. Due to this characteristic of the valuable raw material, there is no noticeable heat loss and therefore no unnecessary energy consumption.
